This is a vintage 1974 softcover cookbook ~ What's Cooking In Bermuda ~ 114 pages. Written by Betsy Ross (not of flag fame). First edition 1957, revised edition 1974. A terrific Bermuda cookbook of traditional and modern recipes plus the interesting background and customs of Bermuda cookery. Some of the recipes included are: Conch Stew ~ Banana Scallops ~ Baked Bermuda pawpaw ~ Shrimp Banana Curry ~ paw paw Chutney ~ Bananas baked in Rum ~ Avocado with Creamed Crab ~ Mussel Pie.... and more.

Condition as shown, light wear, a few page edges are faintly tanned otherwise pages are clean and unmarked, binding secure, overall very good condition!
