1978 Condominium Vacation Cookbook ~ Signed ~ Hand Lettered

1978 softcover cookbook ~ Casual Condominium Cookery ~ 48 pages. Written
by Betty Pence and signed by the author. Appears to be a First edition,
self-published. Hand lettered throughout. Many of the recipes include a
contributors name. A really great cookbook best described by the author:
"...designed for those who do not want to dine out while vacationing
in a condominium. It is designed for cooking in a small kitchen with a
very limited storage and cooking area. Also, the print is large and
(hopefully) legible because I feel that anyone who can afford a
condominium must be over forty with less than twenty-twenty vision".
Condition as shown, virtually no wear, tiny crease to upper right corner
throughout, original price sticker on back cover, pages are clean
and unmarked, binding is secure, overall very good condition.
