rich fruit cake. The first section includes basic icings and simple
decorations, and shows how a basic cake mixture can be made into a variety
of cakes with attractive finishes. This section ends with a selection of
irresistible g?teaux. The second section takes you through the art of
elaborate cake decorating with basic recipes for Marzipan, Royal Icing,
and Moulding Icing. There are instructions for the use of nylon piping
bags, parchment paper piping bags, and simple nozzles. Finally there are
recipes for all kinds of special occasion cakes, including a simple
wedding cake you can make in one weekend.
