A facsimile reprint of a 19th century real estate entrepreneur's promotional brochure for land in Temple, Texas in Bell County. Original brochure from 1881, published by J.E. Moore, self acclaimed here as the "Pioneer real estate man of Temple, Texas".
The reprint is not dated, ca. 1960, published by the Highlands Historical Press, Inc. of Dallas, reproduced from an original in the Texana Library of the Highlands Historical Press. 11" X 8 1/2", 16 pages, saddle-stapled brochure, card covers. Fine, no marks or creases, almost as new.
