Vintage 1969
softcover cookbook ~ Nitecap Recipe Book No. 2 ~ 64 pages. Edited by
Jacque Nason with photos by Elliot Airmet. Stated first printing. A
compilation of recipes that have been submitted by members of Nitecaps
International Association. Contributors names are shown with recipes. The
cookbook is signed on the front by Frankie Crusher Nolan, a chef???
There's also a little fold-out pamphlet tucked inside: Christmas in the
Country 1984 with a collection of recipes from The Pedernales Electric
Coop in the Texas Hill Country. I haven't pictured it... it will be a fun
surprise for you.
Condition as shown, some edge wear, some faint toning and spotting to
front cover, a few tiny corner creases else pages are clean, binding is secure, good condition.
