If you research this on the web you will see a number of copies of this title listed, some even stating that they are this fourth edition. However, looking a little closer you will see that there are very few others, if any, listed that cover the period through 1966-1998. If the date is given as 1991, even though it may be called the fourth it does not have as many articles and important revisions and additions to the data. Compare the number of pages for other copies of this title listed elsewhere, do you see any others with 275 pages? If you find another like this one then by all means, buy it. And while your at it, look at the condition of this copy - it's crisp and clean, looks very close to brand new.
