The book then goes into detail with recipes for cooking rhubarb in pies, cakes and tarts, puddings and compotes, salads, relishes, conserves and jams, iced deserts, juices, and rhubarb wines. Drying rhubarb, canning rhubarb, and freezing rhubarb finish out the book.

Signed on the title page by both the author and the illustrator. Inscribed to a "collectaire Extraordinaire by Toby Kurzband. The author, Paula Kurzband-Feder is the author of a number of children's books.
The front wrapper has some faint staining, an adhesive mark where a label was removed in the upper right corner. there is no appreciable edge-wear. The interior, aside from the author and illustrator signings appears almost as new. Overall a very nice example of this rare and collectible cook book.
