Written by Marian Tracy. Contains over 200 recipes for preparing shellfish
from hor d'oeuvres and soups to entrees and salads.... including Lobsters,
Clams, Mussels, Crabs, Conch, Periwinkles, Abalone, Shrimp, Oysters,
Scallops and Coquina. Some of the recipes are: Shrimp Creole, Oysters
Kirkpatrick, Scallop and Spinach Quiche, Cold Florida Stone Crabs with
Mustard Sauce. Includes a brochure for Crabmeat Cookery from Harris
Atlantic Crab Meat tucked inside at the end of the cookbook (about 4 pages
of recipes).
Condition as shown, some wear to dust jacket with small edge tears and one
puncture along spine (dust jacket only), spine of dust jacket a bit faded,
book show virtually no edge/corner wear, a couple of clippings tucked
inside have discolored adjacent pages (left as found) else pages are clean and unmarked, binding secure, overall good condition!
