Earliest photographs are from the mid-1800's, through 2000. Introduction by John Fish, Publisher of the Topeka Capital-Journal.
Hardcover, glossy graphic covered boards. landscape (oblong) orientation, 7 3/4" X 10 1/4". Graphic photo end-papers, b&w photos chiefly. 230 pages. Issued without a dust-jacket. The half-title page has a mild crease near the spine, else the book is almost as new. Clean, unmarked, square and tight.
